Voor een sterke industriële bakkerij regio Lievegem ben ik actief op zoek naar een enthousiaste en mensgerichte teamleader om in 3-ploegen zijn team aan te sturen binnen productie. Aanwerving op basis van vast contract!

Jobomschrijving

Als Teamleader Productie krijg je de kans om een gedreven team van lijnverantwoordelijken, technisch operatoren en operatoren aan te sturen en samen elke dag tot een succes te maken. Dit zal alles samen ongeveer een 15-tal medewerkers zijn. Samen met je collega-teamleader draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige productie binnen jouw ploeg – van veiligheid en kwaliteit tot productiviteit. In deze rol vertegenwoordig je jouw afdeling in overleg met onder andere onderhoud, logistiek en kwaliteit. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Productiemanager en werkt nauw samen met je collega-teamleaders om de afdelingen vlot op elkaar af te stemmen. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen, coachen en inspireren van een team van circa 15 medewerkers.
  • Begeleiden van persoonlijke en professionele groei via ontwikkelingsplannen.
  • Creëren van een sterke veiligheidscultuur en opvolgen van incidentmeldingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van personeelsbezetting en verlofplanning.
  • Monitoren en verbeteren van de productieprestaties samen met jouw team.
  • Leiden van dagelijkse operations en het nemen van beslissingen bij afwijkingen.
  • Initiëren en opvolgen van verbetertrajecten binnen productie en reiniging.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken in het ERP-systeem en taak-risico-analyses.

  • Veiligheidsbewust, analytisch en oplossingsgericht, ook in stressvolle situaties.
  • Bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem.
  • Bereid om sporadisch in het weekend van wacht te zijn gedurende 24u ( NETTO vergoeding voorzien)
