Teamleader technische dienst – Vast contract ManpowerGroup is een specialist binnen werving- en selectie. Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Met een absolute focus op onze kandidaat bieden we de boeiendste jobs aan met een onmiddellijk vast contract.

Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de regio van Roeselare, zijn wij op zoek naar een teamleader om de technische dienst operationeel aan te sturen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als teamleader van de technische dienst zal je één van de drie steunpilaren zijn van de technical manager aan wie je rechtstreeks zal rapporteren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele werking van de techniekers over de ploegen heen en zal hen aansturen en dagelijkse prioriteiten communiceren.
  • Je staat ook in nauw overleg met de productie manager en -teamleaders om de productieplanning te wijzigen bij pannes of om bij een acute stilstand een beschikbare technieker op te roepen.
  • Je volgt nauw de werkzaamheden van je team op en waar nodig steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bekijkt dagelijks de geregistreerde interventies, veelvoorkomende storingen ga samen met engineering bespreken en naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met externen en leveranciers voor keuringen, jaarlijks onderhoud, ondersteuning bij complexe storingen, etc.
  • Tot slot organiseer je overleg momenten met je team om over diverse zaken te spreken zoals interventies, projecten, veiligheid, ect.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch bachelor diploma en kan minstens 5 jaar werkervaring voorleggen binnen techniek en industrie.
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis, industriële elektriciteit, PLC sturingen, mechanica, elektronica, etc.
  • Je werkt graag hands-on en bent communicatief in het Nederlands & Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld en kan vlot overweg met MS Office.
  • Je hebt een positieve, mens- en oplossingsgerichte mind-set.
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving met gezonde ambities.
