Het takenpakket en de verantwoordelijkheden als Teamleader EXPOcenter bestaan uit volgende punten:

  • Als verantwoordelijke voor de verkoop en het klantenadvies in de showroom, sta je in voor het commercieel beheer en de ontwikkeling van het zakencijfer van de showroom te Merelbeke.
  • De klanten kunnen rekenen op de technisch en commercieel advies. Je achterhaalt hun behoeften en je handelt naar deze noden.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een ploeg van een tiental showroom advisors
  • Uiteraard sta je na de verkoop ook nog ten dienste van de klanten en zorg je voor een goede service op vlak van dienst na verkoop.
  • Als Teamleader EXPOcenter heb je affiniteit met sanitair en interieur. Dankzij jouw commerciële skills slaag je erin om een relatie op te bouwen met de klanten en hun behoeften te achterhalen.
  • Klanten kunnen te woord worden gestaan in het Nederlands en Frans. Daarnaast is er ervaring met het gebruik van computersystemen.
  • Een echte teamleider in hart en nieren, met enkele jaren succesvolle ervaring in de verkoop.
  • Bereidheid om op zaterdag te werken, in ruil voor een vrije dag tijdens de week.
