Onze klant in het noorden van Limburg is een zeer gekende speler in hun niche. Naast hun activiteiten op de Belgische markt worden hun producten ook wereldwijd geëxporteerd naar meer dan 80 landen.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in Bocholt zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader Transport & Douane. In deze functie neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de logistieke werking van een productieomgeving met hoge volumes en strikte kwaliteits- en compliancevereisten. Je staat in voor een vlotte, correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van transportstromen, exportdocumentatie, douanedossiers en accijnsadministratie. Daarnaast stuur je een klein team aan en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en externe logistieke partners.

In deze functie combineer je operationele opvolging met duidelijke leiding en procesbewaking. Je zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden gehaald, dossiers volledig en foutloos zijn, en dat de logistieke processen aansluiten op de noden van productie, planning en administratie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van nationale en internationale transporten, met focus op export en douane;
  • Waken over een correcte opmaak en tijdige verwerking van exportdocumenten, douanedossiers en accijnsaangiftes;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met douane, expediteurs, transporteurs en andere logistieke partners;
  • Leidinggeven aan en coachen van medewerkers binnen transport en expeditie;
  • Opvolgen van transportplanning, leverbetrouwbaarheid en operationele prioriteiten;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico’s en verbeterpunten, en actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie;
  • Bewaken van de naleving van wetgeving, interne procedures en kwaliteitsvereisten;
  • Rapporteren aan het management over voortgang, knelpunten en verbetervoorstellen.

Voor de functie van Teamleader Transport & Douane bij onze klant in Bocholt zoeken we een ervaren en stevige professional die vlot structuur kan brengen in een complexe logistieke omgeving. Je hebt een sterke kennis van transport, export en douaneformaliteiten, en je voelt je thuis in een context waar nauwkeurigheid, opvolging en verantwoordelijkheid essentieel zijn.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen transport, expeditie, douane of internationale logistiek;
  • Sterke kennis van exportprocessen, douanedocumentatie en accijnsadministratie;
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coachen van medewerkers;
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkstijl;
  • Vlot in de communicatie met interne teams, leveranciers en externe partners;
  • Besluitvaardig, kordaat en in staat om prioriteiten scherp te stellen;
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Praktische kennis van MS Office en gangbare logistieke systemen
  • Een bachelor denkniveau is gewenst; relevante ervaring kan dit onderbouwen
  • Je werkt graag in een productiegebonden context en begrijpt het belang van compliance en timing
