Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Op onze locatie in Zoetermeer krijg je de kans om als teamleider én behandelaar een sleutelrol te vervullen in de verdere ontwikkeling van ons team en onze zorg. Je functie Naast de rol van (regie) behandelaar binnen een team van toegewijde collega's ben je ook hun leidinggevende. Je hebt je eigen caseload binnen de Specialistische GGZ en behandelt kinderen en jongeren en/of volwassenen met complexe psychische problematiek. Als Teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van jouw team in Zoetermeer. Je stuurt een multidisciplinaire team aan, bestaande uit behandelaren, GZ-psychologen en specialisten. Je bent actief betrokken bij de vorming en ontwikkeling van het team, voert sollicitatiegesprekken, houdt functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en zorgt voor een veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Je bewaakt de caseload en productiviteit per medewerker, coördineert het inwerkproces van nieuwe collega's en bent de verbindende schakel tussen het management en het team. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je YOEP in de regio en onderhoud je contacten met verwijzers en samenwerkingspartners. Je neemt deel aan het periodieke overleg met regiomanagers, domeinverantwoordelijken en andere Teamleiders en levert input voor het zorginhoudelijk en organisatorisch beleid.
