Samen met je team zorg je dat alles betreft HR- en salarisadministratie soepel verloopt en kijk je continu hoe het beter en efficiënter kan. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider HR geef je leiding aan onze HR-medewerkers en een salarisadministrateur. Je werkt zelf actief mee binnen de HR- en salarisadministratie en zorgt ervoor dat het team soepel en efficiënt samenwerkt. Jij: - werkt mee aan de dagelijkse HR- en salarisadministratie; - verdeelt en prioriteert de werkzaamheden binnen het team; - zorgt voor een correcte en complete HR- en salarisadministratie; - verbetert en bewaakt HR-processen, ook over verschillende afdelingen heen; - beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers snel en professioneel; - coacht en motiveert je team en helpt collega's zich verder te ontwikkelen. Je houdt het overzicht, brengt structuur en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Tegelijkertijd steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Zo zorg je niet alleen dat de HR-administratie vandaag goed loopt, maar bouw je ook mee aan een steeds slimmere en efficiëntere werkwijze en weet je het team te motiveren. Wat neem je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in personeels- en salarisadministratie - Vaardig in HR-systemen, bij voorkeur AFAS - Sterke procesmatige en organisatorische vaardigheden - Empathisch, communicatief sterk en in staat om je team te ontwikkelen Wat bieden wij jou? - Een aantrekkelijk bruto jaarsalaris tot €60.000 (afhankelijk van je ervaring), conform de cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer als Teamleider HR Administratie. Je wordt ingeschaald op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring. - Fijne extra's, zoals minimaal 27,5 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, pensioenopbouw, een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van €1.000 per jaar en korting op je aanvullende zorgverzekering....
