In deze rol zorg je dat ondergrondse infra-opdrachten soepel verlopen, terwijl je een team van uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders aanstuurt en versterkt. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget en houdt grip op elk detail binnen het project. Voor onze opdrachtgever bouw je tegelijk aan sterke samenwerkingen en een veilige, efficiënte werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Je stuurt in deze rol dagelijks uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders aan binnen projecten in de ondergrondse infra en bouwstroom na-aansluitingen. Daarbij zorg je voor een duidelijke planning, bewaak je de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig om deadlines te halen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders en vertaalt klantwensen naar concrete technische oplossingen en uitvoerbare plannen. Ook draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit, budgetten en het financiële resultaat van projecten. In deze rol houd je continu overzicht en zorg je dat projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering strak verlopen. Daarnaast coach je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorg je voor een positieve en productieve werksfeer binnen het team. Procesoptimalisatie speelt een belangrijke rol, waarbij je actief meedenkt over efficiëntere werkwijzen en innovaties binnen de infra techniek. Je werkt met planningssystemen, projectmanagementtools en technische documentatie om grip te houden op alle fasen van het project. Veiligheid staat centraal, waarbij je toeziet op naleving van VCA-richtlijnen en een sterke veiligheidscultuur uitdraagt. Door jouw aansturing en inzicht worden projecten voorspelbaar uitgevoerd en blijft de kwaliteit op hoog niveau.
