Wil jij samen met ons de lekkerste koekjes bakken? Goed nieuws! Momenteel zijn we namelijk op zoek naar een teamleider inpak om ons team te versterken.

Als teamleider inpak ben jij mee verantwoordelijk voor het verpakken van onze koekjes. Samen met jouw team zorg je dagelijks voor het verpakken van verse wafels, speculoos, en zo veel meer. Jij zet jouw ervaring in om het team in de inpak-afdeling te ondersteunen, coachen en op te leiden waar nodig.

Hoe ziet jouw dag als ploegchef inpak eruit:

  • Als chef ben je de eindverantwoordelijke voor onze afdeling verpakking.
  • Jouw team bestaat uit 7-10 operatoren en 15 – 25 productiemedewerkers. Je begeleidt dit team en zorgt samen met hen voor een efficiënt verloop in de verpakkingsafdeling
  • Je staat in voor opleiding en feedbackmomenten van jouw team.
  • Daarnaast neem je zelf ook een actieve rol op in het verpakkingsproces en spring je bij waar nodig
  • Je doet controle van de etiketten, traceringspapieren, … om zo te zorgen dat alles binnen de afdeling verloopt volgens procedure.
  • Bij problemen aan de machines doe je zelf de eerste hulp om daarna hulp te krijgen van een ervaren technieker
  • Je bewaakt ten alle tijden de netheid van alle verpakkingslijnen
  • Je werkt volgens de hygiëne-, veiligheidsregels en productievereisten.

Naast het hebben van een passie voor koekjes, verwachten we deze zaken van jou:

  • Je hebt relevante en stabiele ervaring in een verpakkingsafdeling van een productie
  • Je hebt relevante en stabiele ervaring in het aansturen van een team
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt
  • Technisch inzicht en vlotte omgang met machines
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, je bent communicatief vaardig
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent stressbestendig
  • Je werkt in twee ploegen en bent flexibel in uren. o Vroege shift: 05u00 – 13u30 (op vrijdag tot 11u30) o Late shift: 13u30 - 22u (op vrijdag van 11u30 tot 18u)
