Als Teamleider IT Operations bij Deli Home geef je leiding aan een team van 10 tot 15 professionals, bestaande uit interne medewerkers en externe specialisten. Jij zorgt voor duidelijke richting, prioriteiten en eigenaarschap en zorgt dat onze IT-dienstverlening betrouwbaar, professioneel en toekomstbestendig is. Je bent niet degene die zelf tickets oplost of technische incidenten uitvoert. Jij zorgt dat de juiste mensen dit goed organiseren en uitvoeren. Met jouw inhoudelijke kennis van IT Operations begrijp je wat er speelt, stel je de juiste vragen en maak je duidelijke keuzes. Daarnaast maak je onderdeel uit van het MT IT. Vanuit jouw verantwoordelijkheid voor IT Operations denk je mee over de tactische en strategische richting van IT en vertaal je ontwikkelingen binnen Deli Home naar concrete prioriteiten. Jouw rol Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, continuïteit en verdere professionalisering van onze IT-dienstverlening. Je geeft richting aan het team, creëert duidelijkheid over verantwoordelijkheden en stimuleert eigenaarschap. Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers, stuurt op prestaties en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je voert regie over onder andere de IT Servicedesk, digitale werkplek, netwerk & infrastructuur en IT-platformen zoals Microsoft Azure en Microsoft 365. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne teams, de business en externe IT-leveranciers. Bij kritische storingen neem jij de regie. Je houdt overzicht, bepaalt prioriteiten, zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie richting stakeholders en stuurt het team en leveranciers aan totdat de situatie onder controle is. Ook zorg je voor verdere professionalisering van incident-, problem-, change- en service-management en ontwikkel je samen met het team een tactische en strategische roadmap voor IT Operations.
