Dan is de rol van Teamleider Klantenservice iets voor jou! Dit ga je doen Als Teamleider Klantenservice maak je deel uit van de afdeling Blije Klant. Binnen deze afdeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een klantenserviceteam van ongeveer 10 tot 15 collega's. Jij coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt jouw team, zodat zij hun werk goed kunnen doen en onze klanten dagelijks de beste ervaring krijgen. Als teamleider ben je zichtbaar en bereikbaar voor je team: je creëert een omgeving waarin collega's zich gewaardeerd voelen en je biedt ondersteuning waar nodig. Zo zorg je ervoor dat iedereen optimaal kan presteren. • Het team: je coacht, enthousiasmeert en begeleidt de experts op de inhoud en (digitale) gesprekstechnieken. Je bent elke dag nieuwsgierig naar de prestaties van jouw team. Je geeft jouw team daarbij voldoende ruimte om zaken zelf op te pakken binnen de kaders. Bij de begeleiding horen ook HR-zaken zoals ontwikkelgesprekken en verzuimbegeleiding. • De operatie: samen met je collega-teamleiders en de Workforcemanager zorg je dat de bezetting goed matcht met het werkaanbod. Daarnaast creëer je focus en neem je initiatief waar verbetering mogelijk is. • Structureel oplossen van problemen: je signaleert kansen voor de klant en je team, komt proactief met oplossingen die je van a naar b brengt.
