Luba Teamleider logistiek - Vianen - 32 tot 40 uur - Vast - Mbo Ga aan de slag als teamleider sortering logistiek in Vianen en geef leiding aan het nachtelijke sorteerproces binnen een groeiend logistiek bedrijf. Over het werk Als teamleider sortering logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en efficiënt laten verlopen van het sorteerproces op de crossdock locatie in Vianen. In deze fulltime functie werk je in avond- en nachtdiensten die starten om 18:00 uur. Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de logistiek en je vaardigheden als leidinggevende te versterken. Het betreft een stabiele positie binnen een dynamisch bedrijf, met doorgroeimogelijkheden en ruimte voor het volgen van trainingen. Je start je werkdag met een inspectieronde van de sorteerstraat aan de hand van een checklist. Daarna stem je de personeelsbezetting af, geef je duidelijke instructies aan het team en houd je toezicht op het volledige sorteerproces. Je bewaakt de prestaties, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste goederen op het juiste moment en op de juiste manier worden verwerkt. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het oplossen van eventuele problemen, verwerk je zendingen zonder scanbare informatie in het systeem en zorg je voor een hoge scan succesrate.
