Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat graag de touwtjes in handen neemt binnen logistiek, magazijn en materiaalbeheer? Hou je van een brede functie waarin je plant, coördineert en snel operationeel schakelt wanneer dat nodig is? Dan kan deze uitdaging iets voor jou zijn.

Konnekt zoekt een Teamleider Logistiek & Magazijn (Logistics & Warehouse Team Lead) voor een groeiende en gevestigde KMO in regio Roeselare. Je krijgt een brede sleutelrol waarin transportplanning, magazijnbeheer, aankoop, voorraadbeheer en operationele coördinatie samenkomen. Je stuurt een klein operationeel team aan en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de verschillende projecten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke en magazijnwerking en stuurt hierbij een klein team aan, bestaande uit medewerkers binnen magazijn, transport en techniek.
  • Je organiseert de Belgische transportplanning met een interne chauffeur en externe transportpartners en onderhandelt mee over tarieven en voorwaarden.
  • Je staat in voor aankoop en voorraadbeheer: je vergelijkt leveranciers, volgt bestellingen op en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige materialen steeds tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je beheert mee het wagenpark, machines en andere arbeidsmiddelen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van onderhoud, herstellingen, keuringen en bijhorende administratie.
  • Je bewaakt de voorraad- en goederenadministratie, volgt inventarissen op en zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct in de systemen worden verwerkt.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor collega's, leveranciers en externe partners, behoudt het overzicht en schakelt snel wanneer planning of omstandigheden onverwacht veranderen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma binnen logistiek, administratie of een technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistiek, magazijnbeheer, aankoop en/of voorraadbeheer.
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en houdt verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden tegelijkertijd onder controle.
  • Je bent een hands-on en assertieve coördinator die stevig in zijn schoenen staat, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en snel kan schakelen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en digitale systemen, ervaring met ERP-software en/of Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
