Als Teamleider kom je terecht in onze nieuwe en duurzame site te Willebroek. Je bent in deze rol de rechterhand van onze Supervisor en stuurt mee een team van /- 12 magazijniers aan. Naast het nauwgezet volgen van alle regels en procedures in verband met netheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit zorg je ervoor dat het magazijn er steeds piekfijn uitziet.

Onze medewerkers vervullen allerlei taken: hef- en reachtruckwerk, containerlossing, orderpicking, … Jouw rol is voornamelijk operationeel sturend: je staat mee met jouw team op de machines om het werk te verzetten en zorgt voor een vlotte werking binnen jouw team. De handen uit de mouwen steken schrikt jou dus niet af. Je werkt in nauw overleg met de Supervisor die jouw rechtstreekse leidinggevende is.

Als Teamleider bij EUTRACO werk je in een wisselend 2-ploegensysteem waarbij je de ene week in de vroege shift van 06u00-14u00 werkt en de andere week de late shift van 14u00-22u00.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Als Teamleider spreek je vlot Nederlands en kan je ook communiceren in het Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring in een logistieke warehouse omgeving en dit in een sturende rol.
  • Volgende zaken typeren jou: teamplayer, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, positief ingesteld en gedreven om resultaten te behalen.
  • Je bent een echte motivator en beschikt over de nodige leidinggevende skills die je inzet om je team in beweging te krijgen om zo de verschillende doelen te behalen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig hef- en reachtruckattest gezien je samen met jouw team mee het werk verzet.
  • Je hebt ambitie om in de toekomst door te groeien.
  • Je wil in 2 ploegen werken.
