Als teamleider pedagogiek geef je leiding aan een team van pedagogisch coaches, VE-coördinatoren en zorgcoördinatoren. Samen werken jullie aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en uitvoering van ons VE- en pedagogisch beleid. Je bewaakt de pedagogische en VE-kwaliteit en creëert de randvoorwaarden waarbinnen professionals zich kunnen ontwikkelen en hun expertise optimaal kunnen inzetten. Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris variërend tussen € 3.589,- en € 5.375,- bruto op basis van een 36-uurs contract, kennis en ervaring; - Een 8% eindejaarsuitkering en 210 vakantie uren bij een 36-uurs contract en korting op jouw zorgverzekering; - Een uitdagende functie voor minimaal 32 uur per week; - Een verantwoordelijke, zelfstandige rol in een financieel gezonde en dynamische maatschappelijke organisatie. - Mogelijkheid om thuis te werken, op kantoor of op de opvanglocatie; - Een inspirerende werkomgeving en uitgebreide ontwikkelkansen - Werken in een gedreven organisatie en team, waar humor en het 'wij-gevoel' belangrijk zijn Over jou Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan en coachen van het team Pedagogiek, bestaande uit pedagogisch coaches, VE-coördinator, zorgcoördinatoren en medewerkers van het Spel- en Opvoedpunt; - Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en implementeren van het pedagogisch en VE-beleid, in samenwerking met de Manager Primair Proces en pedagogisch coaches; - Signaleren en analyseren van ontwikkelingen, behoeften en knelpunten binnen het pedagogisch en VE-beleid en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties; - Bewaken en verbeteren van de pedagogische en VE-kwaliteit op de locaties door middel van monitoring...
