Heb je ervaring in lassen, monteren en metaalbewerking en neem je graag de leiding op de werkvloer?

Voor een sterk technische productieomgeving in de ruime regio van Zele zoeken we een teamleader met een stevige technische basis en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. Je komt terecht bij een internationale speler die actief is in de verwerking en verdeling van industriële componenten. Met een uitgebreid assortiment aan toepassingen – van landbouw tot industrie – biedt dit bedrijf kwalitatieve maatoplossingen aan voor een brede klantenbasis.

De onderneming telt een 100-tal medewerkers en combineert een stabiele structuur met een hands-on mentaliteit. Als teamleider krijg je een sleutelrol binnen een goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Je stuurt een team aan op de vloer, zorgt voor structuur én werkt actief mee in de productie. Zo maak je elke dag het verschil in kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij verdeelt dagelijks de taken op de werkvloer en zorgt dat elke werkpost goed bezet is
  • De productieplanning volg je nauw op en stem je af met collega’s en andere afdelingen
  • Je bestelt tijdig onderdelen voor herstelorders en bewaakt de voorraad en locatiebeheer
  • Medewerkers aansturen, motiveren en coachen op vlak van veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit hoort erbij
  • Meehelpen in de productie van metaalbewerking waar nodig, vormt een belangrijk deel van je rol
  • Ook laden, lossen, verpakken en bevoorraden van materialen neem je vlot voor je rekening
  • Je houdt het atelier netjes, stuurt het onderhoud aan en bestuurt de heftruck op een veilige manier
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur met specialisatie in metaalbewerking
  • Ervaring met lassen en verspaningswerken is een plus, leidinggevende skills en ervaring is een must!
  • Je beschikt over een natuurlijke aanleg om collega’s te motiveren en te overtuigen en hen mee op sleeptouw te nemen doorheen de dagelijkse taken en projecten
