Je rapporteert direct aan de Transport Manager en geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan de Resource Planners en de Chauffeurs. In deze resultaatgerichte, operationele managementrol pak je de regie over het planningsproces van de volledige vervoersketen. Jij stuurt op een optimale balans tussen interne en externe capaciteit en zorgt ervoor dat alle resources perfect aansluiten op de dynamische logistieke praktijk van een complexe 24/7-omgeving. - Contracturen 40 uur - Werklocatie Zeewolde - Opleiding of ervaring HBO - Salarisindicatie In overleg Wat ga je doen? - Je organiseert en stuurt de dagelijkse en wekelijkse resourceplanning aan. Je stemt de beschikbaarheid van chauffeurs, verlofaanvragen, voertuigonderhoud, garageplanningen en charterinzet nauwkeurig af met de afdelingen Transportplanning, Wagenparkbeheer en Transport Operations - Je bewaakt en realiseert harde doelstellingen (KPI's). Je stuurt proactief op een optimale productiviteit, kostenbeheersing, beperking van stilstand en de reductie van overuren. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze, tijdige overdracht van de beschikbare resources aan de operationele planning - Je signaleert knelpunten en drijft proces- en kwaliteitsverbetering - Je analyseert terugkerende verstoringen binnen het planningsproces, introduceert gestandaardiseerde werkprocessen en werkinstructies en borgt deze binnen het team om de efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid te verhogen - Je bouwt aan een gemotiveerd, productief en duurzaam inzetbaar team.
