Over de organisatie Een multidisciplinaire organisatie gericht op het strategisch renoveren en onderhouden van vastgoed en civiele objecten. Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider ben jij de spin in het web tussen opdrachtgevers, ketenpartners en collega's. Je zorgt voor structuur, motivatie en procesoptimalisatie. Je coacht medewerkers, onderhoudt relaties met opdrachtgevers en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten. Iedere dag is anders: de ene keer zit je een teamoverleg voor, de andere keer los je knelpunten op in de planning of bespreek je met de opdrachtgever hoe de samenwerking nóg beter kan. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Leidinggeven aan en coachen van een team werkvoorbereiders; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en rendement van de projecten binnen jouw accounts; - Optimaliseren van processen en samenwerking binnen en buiten het team; - Stimuleren van teamontwikkeling en kennisdeling; - Financieel sturen op projecten, inclusief het beperken van faalkosten; - Bijdragen aan innovatie en continue verbetering binnen de afdeling. .Je komt terecht bij de afdeling DMO (Dagelijks en Mutatie Onderhoud), onderdeel van de werkmaatschappij Service & Mutatie. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat woningen veilig, comfortabel en up-to-date blijven. Je geeft leiding aan een team werkvoorbereiders en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, ketenpartners en natuurlijk de bewoners. Samenwerking staat centraal: iedereen werkt vanuit vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid.
