Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Technisch Beheer geef je leiding aan een team van 9 collega's. Je zorgt voor een goede dagelijkse aansturing én kijkt vooruit: hoe organiseren we het technisch beheer zo dat onze gebouwen en installaties ook morgen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het team - Coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek en gebouwbeheersystemen - Bewaken van de werking, prestaties en veiligheid van kritische installaties, zoals luchtbehandeling, medische gassen en energievoorziening - Verder professionaliseren van planmatig beheer en onderhoud - Begeleiden en borgen van verbetertrajecten - Bewaken van afspraken met externe partijen en de kwaliteit van hun dienstverlening In je eerste maanden leer je het ziekenhuis en het team goed kennen. Je loopt mee op locatie Utrecht, maakt kennis met onze technische installaties en digitale systemen, zoals Ultimo, GBS en BMC.
