De afdeling

Je komt te werken in een team van 3 Warehouse managers, die dagelijks zich inzetten om de logistieke processen binnen de loodsen van onze opdrachtgever soepel te laten verlopen. Er wordt nauw samengewerkt en waar nodig ondersteunen collega's elkaar in de werkzaamheden. Je zal met ondersteuning van 2 halbazen, de loodsmedewerkers aansturen.

De werkzaamheden

In deze functie ben je bezig met organiseren, aansturen en bewaken van het logistieke proces. Je geeft leiding aan loods medewerkers en zorgt voor een efficiënte loods planning. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven en naleven van kwaliteit-, arbo-, milieu-, veiligheid-, hygiëne- en vaktechnische werkprocedures en- instructies. Verder zorg je voor het creëren van de juiste team spirit en motivatie tot het behalen van de doelstellingen. In samenwerking met HR en de Operations manager draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van loods medewerkers door evaluaties, training en coaching.
