Op onze locatie Wervershof Zorg Thuis geloven we dat goede zorg begint bij professionals die verantwoordelijkheid nemen, elkaar weten te vinden en samen werken vanuit een gezamenlijke visie op zorg en welzijn. Onze cliënten wonen zelfstandig binnen de muren van het Gasthuis in Vathorst en ontvangen zorg vanuit de Wlz en Zvw, veelal in de vorm van een Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT). Voor een tijdelijke periode zoeken wij een ervaren interim teamleider die niet alleen leiding geeft, maar vooral helpt om een volgende stap te zetten in de ontwikkeling van onze teams. Dit is geen opdracht waarin de nadruk ligt op het beheren van de dagelijkse gang van zaken. We zoeken iemand die met een frisse blik kijkt naar wat nodig is, patronen durft te benoemen en medewerkers helpt om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen op de plek waar deze hoort. De situatie Binnen Zorg Thuis werken betrokken en vakbekwame medewerkers die zich dagelijks inzetten voor onze cliënten. Tegelijkertijd zien we dat er een aantal vraagstukken speelt die verdere ontwikkeling van de teams in de weg staat. Een belangrijk aandachtspunt is de positionering van de EVV'ers. Binnen onze visie hebben EVV'ers een centrale rol in het organiseren, coördineren en bewaken van de kwaliteit van zorg rondom cliënten. Zij vormen de verbinding tussen cliënt, naasten, collega's en behandelaren en vervullen een belangrijke voorbeeldfunctie binnen de teams. In de praktijk zien we dat deze rol nog onvoldoende stevig staat. Verantwoordelijkheden zijn niet altijd helder, verwachtingen verschillen en het eigenaarschap dat bij de functie hoort wordt niet overal vanzelfsprekend genomen. Hierdoor komen vraagstukken rondom kwaliteit, zorginhoud en organisatie soms...
