Unser Kunde stammt aus der Automatisierungstechnik, der Lagertechnik und dem Sondermaschinenbau und ist führend in seinem Bereich. Es werden schlüsselfertige Lagermodule und Gesamtanlagen für Warehousing und Logistik geplant und realisiert.

Gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sind aufgrund des Organisationswachstums gegeben. Ein sehr kollegialer Führungsstil ist gegeben. Eine überdurchschnittlich große Bandbreite an fortschrittlichen Technologien wird angewendet.

Ihre zukünftige Rolle:

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 4 Mitarbeitern

* Konzeption und Realisierung von Lager- und Logistikprojekten

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Kalkulation von Angeboten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten und Partnern

* Klärung von technischen Anforderungen und Machbarkeiten

* Entwicklung von Lösungen und Angeboten gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb

* Begleitung der Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden

* Kontrolle von Qualität, Kosten und Zeitplanung

* Steuern der Ressourcen und Kapazitäten

Das ist Ihr Job, wenn Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) Maschinenbau, o.ä.

* Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Realisierung von Lager- und Logistiklösungen

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung

* Projektmanagementerfahrung, Vertriebsorientierung

* Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (AutoCAD)

* Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft

* Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
