und Export tätig sind. Unser umfangreiches Produktsortiment, unsere Flexibilität und konstante Qualität ermöglichen

uns langfristige Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort zur Vollzeitbeschäftigung 1 Teamleiter_in Produktion IHRE AUFGABEN

* Leitung und Organisation der Produktion im Sägewerk (10 Mitarbeiter)

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Arbeitssicherheit

* Qualitätskontrolle

* Optimierung der Abläufe und Mitwirkung bei technischen Verbesserungen

* Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung, Einkauf und Logistik

* Kommissionierung und Lagertätigkeiten

* Aktive Mitarbeit

IHR PROFIL

* Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, eine leitende Rolle zu übernehmen

* Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen und Anlagen

* Hands-on-Mentalität: Sie packen selbst mit an und arbeiten auf Augenhöhe mit dem Team

* Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Staplerschein

* Wissensgrundlagen und Erfahrung im Bereich Holz und Holzverarbeitung von Vorteil

* Zuverlässigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und Teamfähigkeit
