Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Teamleiter_in Reinigung Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche Führung deiner Teammitglieder und Dienstplaneinteilung

* Verantwortung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der hygienisch einwandfreien Reinigung unserer Sozialbereiche, allgemeine Bereiche und Produktionsnebenbereiche

* Fachgerechter und effizienter Umgang mit Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln sowie Geräten

* Bestandsüberwachung von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln und Pflege der Arbeitsgeräte

* Einhaltung und Optimierung der Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im gesamten Arbeitsumfeld

Unsere Anforderungen

* Berufserfahrung im Reinigungsbereich von Vorteil, idealerweise im Bereich der Reinigung von Industrieanlagen

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Teams

* Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit

* Deutsch- und gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Flexibilität und Offenheit, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Selbständiges Arbeiten, die Fähigkeit, Dinge neu zu strukturieren und organisieren sowie persönliches Engagement
