DIENSTORT: Graz

ARBEITSZEIT: 38,5 STD./WOCHE

GEHALT: AB BRUTTO 56.000,-

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Du berätst und betreust deine Kunden und stellst eine langfristige Kundenbindung sicher.

* Die Führung des Außendienst Teams (5 Mitarbeiter:innen) sowie die enge Abstimmung mit all unseren Bereichen, liegt in deiner Verantwortung

* Die Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertriebsinnendienst.

* Unterstützung des Verkaufsleiter in organisatorischen Belangen sowie in der Umsetzung unternehmerischer Vorgaben

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

* Du besitzt idealerweise Produktkenntnisse aus dem HKLS Bereich sowie technisches Verständnis

* Führungserfahrung im Leiten von einem erfolgreichen Vertriebsteam bringst du mit

* Die Fähigkeit und Freude, sowohl gemeinsam mit einem Team als auch innerhalb eines Teams erfolgreich zu arbeiten.

* Deine unternehmerische Persönlichkeit, analytisches Denken und ausgeprägte Unternehmensstärke runden dein Profil ab
