Für einen Kunden in Wartberg an der Krems suchen wir ab sofort eine:n 1 Teamleiter Produktion (m/w/d) Was du tun wirst:

* Du führst ein Produktionsteam fachlich und disziplinarisch.

* Du planst den Personaleinsatz und verantwortest die Einschulung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter.

* Du stellst einen reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablauf unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards sicher.

* Du steuerst und überwachst die Produktionskennzahlen.

* Du führst Besprechungen direkt in der Produktion durch und verbesserst laufend Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe.

* Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsprozess.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Planung, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik zusammen.

Was du mitbringst:

* Ausbildung als Molkereifacharbeiter, Lebensmitteltechnologe oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelherstellung von Vorteil

* Erste Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter, Schichtführer oder Vorarbeiter

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung

* Ausreichend Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B1-Niveau)
