Buchhaltung & Rechnungswesen

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung für Immobilien- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften

* Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Zahlungsverkehr und Liquiditätsmanagement

* Mahnwesen

* Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder sowie externe Partner, insbesondere Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken, Behörden und Dienstleister

* Analyse von Mieterlösen, Betriebskosten und Objektkennzahlen

* Führung eines kleinen Teams

Kaufmännisches Immobilienmanagement

* Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von Cashflow-, Liquiditäts- und Rentabilitätsrechnungen

* Mitwirkung bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen von Immobilienprojekten

* Vorbereitung von Budget-, Forecast- und Investitionsrechnungen

* Unterstützung bei Finanzierungs- und Bankthemen

* Vorbereitung von Gesellschafter- und Beiratssitzungen

* Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Berichten und Präsentationen

WAS DU VERSPRICHST, HÄLT

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, Uni oder vergleichbar)

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich

* Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen (BMD NTCS)

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie professionelles Auftreten
