Deine Genauigkeit macht aus Rechnungen reibungslose Prozesse Für ein etabliertes, international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen mit modernen Strukturen und hohem Qualitätsanspruch suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit der Verantwortung für 15 Mandanten.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des sechsköpfigen Teams

* Sicherstellung der korrekten und fristgerechten Rechnungsverarbeitung

* Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Mitarbeit bei Abschlüssen, Prüfungen und Finanzanalysen

* Ansprechpartner für externe Partner und Behörden

* Optimierung/Digitalisierung d. Prozesse

DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT:

* klarer, wertschätzender und verbindlicher Führungsstil

* strukturierte, genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Prozessdenken

DEIN FACHLICHES PROFIL:

* kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Führungserfahrung

* sicherer Umfang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Excel

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
