Peeters Govers is een Kempisch familiebedrijf. Met onze 18 filialen zijn we de grootste en meest trotse franchisepartner van Albert Heijn in België. Vanuit deze sterke winkelformule willen we jouw persoonlijke kruidenier zijn.

Voor ons nieuw Albert Heijn filialen te Antwerpen - Linkeroever zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Teammanager.

Jobomschrijving

Als Teammanager sta je naast de supermarktmanager en ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zijlen van onze winkel en onze versafdelingen. Tot jouw takenpakket behoort:

  • Verwerken van de goederenstroom doorheen onze versafdelingen
  • Coachen en aansturen van een 15-tal medewerkers, samen met onze teamleiders
  • Ondersteuning bieden in het operationeel management van de winkel
  • Commercieel meedenken op onze versafdelingen
  • Inspringen en ondersteunen waar nodig
  • …

Als Teammanager werkt je steeds nauw samen met de Supermarktmanager en de Teamleiders, alsook heb je contact met en ondersteuning van Finance, HR, Marketing en regiomanagement. Gezien het om een nieuwe vestiging gaat, za je opleiding krijgen in één van onze omliggende winkels.

Als Teammanager ben je mee hét gezicht van Albert Heijn Peeters Govers. Je fungeert enerzijds als vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, maar anderzijds ben je een belangrijke schakel voor de collega's.

  • Je bent een peoplemanager en geeft een goede ondersteuning aan onze collega’s
  • Je hebt geen 9 - 5 mentaliteit
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en ziet elk probleem als een uitdaging
  • Je bent analytisch, hands-on en organisatorisch ingesteld
  • Je hebt een voorliefde voor retail, voeding en FMCG
