En ben je klaar om samen met bevlogen collega's te bouwen aan krachtige teams in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Wat ga je doen als teammanager? Als teammanager binnen De Twentse Zorgcentra geef je leiding aan meerdere zorgteams. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-teammanagers, gedragskundigen en andere zorgprofessionals. De teams zijn deskundig en organiseren hun dagelijkse werk grotendeels zelf. Jij faciliteert, stuurt bij waar nodig en houdt overzicht. Samen werk je toe naar de doelen uit het teamplan. Als teammanager ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor onder andere: ✅ het toezien op de naleving en uitvoering van HR-beleid ✅ het bewaken van de personele bezetting ✅ het vertalen van beleid naar jaarplannen en teamdoelen ✅ het monitoren van resultaten en terugkoppeling aan teams en management Wie ben jij? Je bent een stevige, resultaatgerichte leider die mensen weet te motiveren en te ondersteunen in hun werk. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en weet hoe je teams laat groeien. Daarbij voel je goed aan wat cliënten én collega's nodig hebben.
