Eenvoudig solliciteren Werk Liftinspecties aansturen van ongeveer 30 inspecteurs Ervaring Vanaf 3 jaar leidinggevend, of senior binnen het vakgebied Werktijden Dagdienst 36 tot 40 uur Taal Nederlands en Engels vloeiend Nederlands In het kort Opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar Met minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als service- of onderhoudsmonteur binnen het vakgebied. Of Hbo in een relevante technische richting Wat ga je doen? Als teammanager liften deel je met een tweede teammanager de leiding over ongeveer 30 liftinspecteurs, verspreid over Nederland. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en personeelsinzet. Je regelt de operationele aansturing en werkt aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Tussen inspecteurs, management en de rest van de organisatie ben jij de schakel, en je blijft zelf inhoudelijk betrokken. - Leidinggeven aan liftinspecteurs die verspreid over Nederland werken - Bewaken dat wet- en regelgeving, accreditatie-eisen en interne procedures worden nageleefd - Plannen en optimaliseren van inzet en capaciteit - Coachen, motiveren en verder ontwikkelen van de inspecteurs - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en starten van procesoptimalisaties - Werven, begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe inspecteurs - Voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en stimuleren van persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Monitoren van KPI's, budgetten en de operationele prestaties van het team Wat bieden wij? € 5.034 tot € 6.376 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring plus een netto internetvergoed...
