Als teammanager liftinspecties geef je samen met een tweede teammanager leiding aan ongeveer 30 liftinspecteurs, verspreid over Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing en de verdere ontwikkeling van het team, en je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en personeelsinzet. Je bent de schakel tussen de inspecteurs, het management en de rest van de organisatie. Naast het leidinggeven blijf je zelf inhoudelijk betrokken bij het werk. - Leidinggeven aan een team van liftinspecteurs verspreid over Nederland - Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het team - Plannen en optimaliseren van de inzet en capaciteit van het team - Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, accreditatie-eisen en interne procedures - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en in gang zetten van procesoptimalisaties - Monitoren van KPI's, budgetten en operationele prestaties - Voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en stimuleren van de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van inspecteurs - Werven, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van nieuwe inspecteurs Wat bieden wij? bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring plus een netto internetvergoeding van € 20 per maand - 31 vakantiedagen en aanvullende leeftijdsdagen vanaf 40 jaar - Elektrische leaseauto, ook voor privégebruik - Laptop en zakelijke telefoon - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden - Een rol met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid Dit neem je mee - Hbo-opleiding in een relevante technische richting, of mbo 4 Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar met minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als service- of onderhoudsmonteur binnen het vakgebied - Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring of ...
