Interim Teammanager Operationele Techniek - - Eindhoven - Strategisch Assetmanagement Functieomschrijving Wil jij als interim professional bijdragen aan de verduurzaming van Nederland én tegelijkertijd een belangrijke rol spelen in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze OT-organisatie? Voor Ennatuurlijk zoeken wij een ervaren Interim Teammanager OT die richting geeft aan de verdere professionalisering van het domein Operationele Techniek. Je brengt structuur, versterkt de samenwerking tussen teams en zorgt ervoor dat processen, beheer en onderhoud van onze OT-omgeving toekomstbestendig worden ingericht. Je werkt binnen de afdeling Strategisch Assetmanagement en bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en ontwikkeling van het OT-team, bestaande uit een strateeg, twee architecten en drie meet- en regeltechnici. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de besturing van onze warmtenetten betrouwbaar functioneert en optimaal bijdraagt aan de prestaties van onze assets. Belangrijke thema's binnen de opdracht zijn onder meer compliance, preventief onderhoud, lifecyclemanagement, vervangings- en modificatieprojecten en de verdere professionalisering van OT-beheer. Resultaten van de opdracht: - Versterken van de samenwerking tussen OT, Bedrijfsvoeringscentrum en andere relevante stakeholders; - Optimaliseren en borgen van processen voor OT-beheer, onderhoud en dienstverlening; - Verbeteren van de samenwerking met leveranciers en servicepartners, inclusief aanscherping van afspraken en SLA's; - Creëren van duidelijke kaders, prioriteiten en werkwijzen binnen het OT-team; - Bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige inrichting van de OT-organisatie en OT-governance. Je opereert als verbindende leider die mensen, processen en techniek samenbrengt. Daarbij weet je draagvlak te creëren, veranderingen te realiseren en de juiste balans te vinden tussen continuïteit van de operatie en verdere ontwikkeling van het OT-domein.
