Van de uitbreiding van de A12 en A15 en de ontwikkeling van Spoorzone De Liemers tot bedrijventerrein 7Poort, het Rivierklimaatpark IJsselpoort en de grote opgaven rondom duurzaamheid en de warmtetransitie. In Zevenaar komen veel ontwikkelingen samen die de fysieke leefomgeving de komende jaren zichtbaar veranderen. Voor het Fysiek Domein zoeken wij een teammanager Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling. Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 45 professionals die werken aan deze ontwikkelingen. Als teammanager geef je richting, verbind je mensen en opgaven en zorg je dat professionals hun werk goed kunnen doen. Je hoeft daarbij niet zelf de inhoudelijke expert te zijn. Juist jouw rol is om de juiste mensen en onderwerpen bij elkaar te brengen en samen beweging te creëren. Dit doe je als Teammanager Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 25 vaste professionals en een flexibele schil van circa 20 collega's, van team Ontwikkeling Fysieke Leefomgeving & Vestigingsklimaat van gemeente Zevenaar. Samen werken zij aan vraagstukken op het gebied van woningbouw, gebiedsontwikkeling, bedrijventerreinen, infrastructuur, duurzaamheid, energie en het vestigingsklimaat.
