Die HOLZMANN-ZIPPER Gruppe ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Maschinen Frei nach unserem Slogan "YourJobOurTools". Mit unseren Marken HOLZMANN (für Holz- und Metallbearbeitung sowie Werkstattausstattung) und ZIPPER (spezialisiert auf Baumaschinen sowie Produkte rund um Haus und Hof) bedienen wir ein breites Spektrum an Anwendungen. Zu unseren Kunden zählen Fachhändler, Baumärkte sowie Onlinehändler in ganz Europa und darüber hinaus. Für unsere technische Dokumentation suchen wir Verstärkung, die mit technischem Know-how und Eigenantrieb unsere digitale Infrastruktur mitgestaltet. 1 Teammitglied technische Sachbearbeitung Arbeitsort Haslach an der Mühl Vollzeit (bis 40h)

Dein Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Erfolg

Wir begleiten dich beim Einstieg und machen dich Schritt für Schritt mit unseren Produkten und Prozessen vertraut. Danach übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Technische Sachbearbeitung: Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und sorgst für eine strukturierte Abwicklung technischer Anliegen.

* Ersatzteilmanagement: Eigenverantwortlich erfasst du Ersatzteilbestellungen, unterstützt bei der Auswahl passender Komponenten und wickelst Aufträge in SAP ab.

* Datenpflege: Produkt-, Ersatzteil-, und Servicedaten pflegst du sorgfältig und hältst sie stets aktuell.

* Teamwork: Gemeinsam mit unserem technischen Support sowie weiteren Fachabteilungen sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit.

* Organisation: Angebote, Kostenvoranschläge und weitere Unterlagen werden von dir koordiniert und nachverfolgt.

Was dich auszeichnet

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HAK, HTL oder vergleichbar).

* Technisches Interesse: Maschinen und technische Zusammenhänge interessieren dich und du arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein.

* Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.

* Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist serviceorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit Kollegen und internationalen Vertriebspartnern zusammen.

* Sprachen und IT: Entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit dem PC; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
