Een technische dienst waar alles vlot loopt? Daar zit een sterke coördinator achter! Als teamverantwoordelijke technische dienst zorg jij ervoor dat onze gebouwen, installaties en infrastructuur veilig, goed onderhouden en operationeel blijven.

De teamverantwoordelijke technische dienst staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en goede werking van de technische dienst. De functie omvat het plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van technische onderhouds- en herstellingswerken, technische installaties, infrastructuur en materialen, zowel uitgevoerd door eigen medewerkers als door externe partners.

De teamverantwoordelijke combineert technische expertise met operationele coördinatie, administratie, patrimoniumbeheer en leidinggeven. Hij/zij bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit, continuïteit en goede staat van de gebouwen en technische voorzieningen en geeft hierover advies aan het management.

Onze welzijnscampus Brecht bestaat concreet uit 4 afdelingen:

  • welzijnscampus Het Sluisken in Brecht (dienstencentrum, Handicar, MMC, serviceflats)
  • welzijnscampus Sint Maria in Brecht (Woonzorgcentrum)
  • welzijnscampus Sociaal Huis in Brecht (woonloket, sociale dienst en dienst welzijn).
  • welzijnscampus De Lindeboom in Sint-Job-in-’t-Goor (dienstencentrum, serviceflats)

Werktijden

  • Prestatiebreuk: 38/38
  • Werktijden: Maandag tot en met vrijdag: 08.00 - 12.00 uur en 12.30 – 16.06 uur

Statuut Contractuele functie van onbepaalde duur.

Kennis en vaardigheden

  • Bij voorkeur een technisch diploma op bachelor- of graduaatsniveau of gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring
  • Technische opleiding of aantoonbare expertise in één of meerdere relevante technische domeinen
  • Grondige praktische kennis van technische installaties, gebouwen en onderhoud, met onder meer kennis van elektriciteit, sanitair, HVAC en algemene bouwtechnische aspecten.
  • Kennis van technisch onderhoud, veiligheid en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Ervaring met het organiseren en opvolgen van technische werkzaamheden is aangewezen.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers is een meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van aankopen, overheidsopdrachten, leveranciersbeheer, onderhoudscontracten en technische projecten is een meerwaarde.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en vaardig in planning, opvolging en rapportering.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met digitale toepassingen en technische opvolgingssystemen.
  • Analytisch, zelfstandig, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • In staat om technische informatie te vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen en acties.
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden: medewerkers kunnen motiveren, begeleiden, aanspreken en bijsturen.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen bij dringende of onverwachte situaties.
  • Flexibele en collegiale ingesteldheid, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, efficiëntie en continuïteit.
