Besonders stolz sind wir auf unser hochkarätiges Team. Eine bunte Mischung aus Finanz-Expert_innen, Mathematiker_innen, Artificial Intelligence-, IT- & Wirtschafts-Profis. 1 Technical Business Analyst, Finanzberatung (w/m/d) Deine Rolle:

* Anforderungsanalyse & Solution Design: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen unserer Kund_innen in technische Lösungen auf Basis der riskine Softwareprodukte.

* Solution Engineering: Du setzt kund_innenspezifische Anforderungen technisch um und arbeitest dabei eng mit Project Management und Product Engineering zusammen. Dabei lernst du unsere Produkte bis ins Detail kennen und entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für die Funktionen.

* Test- & Quality-Management: Du unterstützt beim end-to-end Testen unserer Kund_innenlösungen und stellst sicher, dass diese gut durch Testfälle abgedeckt sind.

* Releasemanagement: Du koordinierst und unterstützt bei der Release-Planung und dem Go-live unserer Lösungen. Du kümmerst dich im Vorfeld um die Bereitstellung der korrekten und vom Kund_innen abgenommenen Versionen unserer Services, um diese am Release Tag auszuliefern.

Das bringst du mit:

* Interesse für oder erste Erfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche (Versicherungen, Banken, Finanzberater_innen) ist von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Softwareentwicklung) oder relevante Erfahrung in IT-Projekten

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Programmierung/Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Python, PHP oder vergleichbar)

* Du hast Freude daran, dich in komplexe Softwareprodukte einzuarbeiten, möchtest verstehen, wie sie funktionieren, und findest gerne Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Das Mindestgehalt beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag € 3.267 brutto/Monat (14x jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung explizit vorgesehen. Zusätzlich erhältst du jährlich einen performancebasierten Bonus.

* Möglichkeit der Teilnahme am Mitarbeiter_innenbeteiligungsprogramm des Mutterunternehmens BSI nach einem Jahr Firmenzugehörigkeit.
