Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en heb je affiniteit met de bouwsector? Krijg je energie van klantencontact en het opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z? Dan ligt hier een mooie opportuniteit bij een sterke en stabiele speler in bouwmaterialen.

Als Technical Inside Sales vorm je een belangrijke schakel binnen het commerciële team. In nauwe samenwerking met een senior commercieel collega zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van klanten en projecten, en draag je actief bij aan het uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteuning aan de balie op vraag van de Branch Manager – dé plek om klanten te leren kennen en opportuniteiten te detecteren
  • Opvolging van projecten van A tot Z
  • Correct beheer van CRM-gegevens en analyseren van commerciële kansen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen en prijsaanvragen
  • Telefonisch en digitaal klantencontact rond offertes, orders en leveringen
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten, toepassingen en oplossingen
  • Opmaak en opvolging van offertes voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten
  • Actieve ondersteuning bij pre-sales en commerciële dossiers
  • Met een servicegerichte en proactieve aanpak wordt bijgedragen aan sterke klantenbinding en langetermijnrelaties
  • Sterke affiniteit met of kennis van de bouwsector
  • Commerciële mindset met het vertrouwen om initiatief te nemen
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stipt
  • Leergierig met ambitie om door te groeien
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en professioneel
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands (kennis Frans en/of Engels is een plus)
  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) is een troef
