The posting

  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor collega's op kantoor en techniekers in het veld bij complexe technische vraagstukken.
  • Ondersteunen bij uitdagende storingen en meedenken over duurzame oplossingen.
  • Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit binnen de serviceorganisatie.
  • Grondig analyseren van complexe en terugkerende storingen aan laadinfrastructuur, batterijopslagsystemen en PV-installaties.
  • Identificeren van de onderliggende oorzaken van problemen en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen.
  • Voorkomen van herhaling door duurzame en toekomstgerichte oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Uitgroeien tot specialist van diverse technologieën, waaronder AC-laadpunten, DC-snelladers, batterijopslag en omvormers.
  • Nauwe samenwerking onderhouden met leveranciers en technische partners.
  • Actief opvolgen van productontwikkelingen en technische innovaties.
  • Knelpunten binnen serviceprocessen identificeren en verbeterinitiatieven uitwerken.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiëntere dienstverlening en kortere doorlooptijden.
  • Actief meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en operationele efficiëntie.
  • Mee bepalen welke kritische onderdelen op voorraad moeten zijn.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van reserveonderdelen om interventies efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Technische kennis delen met collega's en fungeren als mentor binnen het team.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden tijdens hun inwerkperiode.
  • Mee bouwen aan een cultuur van continue ontwikkeling en kennisuitwisseling.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke elektrotechnische achtergrond en hebt kennis van elektriciteit en netwerktechnologie.
  • Je werkt analytisch en gaat systematisch op zoek naar de werkelijke oorzaak van technische problemen.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om specialistische productkennis op te bouwen.
  • Ervaring met laadinfrastructuur, batterijopslag of PV-systemen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om collega's te ondersteunen en kennis te delen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring binnen technische service, onderhoud of elektrische installaties vormt een sterke troef.
