De Vlaamse ICT-vereniging, waartoe Vlaanderen Connect behoort, stelt cruciale expertise ter beschikking aan haar leden-overheidsorganisaties om hun digitaliseringsbeleid af te stemmen op de behoeften van de overheid. U wordt ingezet om binnen deze context, en in een duurzaam partnership, mee te bouwen aan strategische en klantgerichte digitale oplossingen op basis van het Salesforce Platform, met een specifieke focus op Public Sector Solutions (PSS) en Service Cloud.

Voor het Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering (AGII) zoekt Vlaanderen Connect een Technical Lead Salesforce. Je werkt via Vlaanderen Connect bij AGII in Brussel en bouwt mee aan digitale dienstverlening rond inburgering, NT2 en klantinteractie. Het Salesforce-platform ondersteunt kernprocessen richting individuen en organisaties. In een context van verdere digitalisering, systeemintegratie en groeiende verwachtingen rond schaalbaarheid, security en gebruiksvriendelijkheid, breid je deze toepassingen performant, veilig en toekomstgericht verder uit. Je combineert diepgaande technische Salesforce-expertise met architecturaal inzicht. Je ontwerpt en bewaakt duurzame oplossingen op Public Sector Solutions (PSS) en Experience Cloud. Daarnaast coach en stuur je het developmentteam technisch aan, met oog voor integraties, datakwaliteit, security en consistente architectuur- en ontwikkelstandaarden.

Wat zal je moeten doen?

Architectuur en platform

  • Uitwerken, toepassen en bewaken van architectuurprincipes, platformstandaarden en development guidelines binnen het Salesforce-landschap.
  • Ontwerpen en bewaken van end-to-end oplossingen op Public Sector Solutions (PSS) en Experience Cloud, afgestemd op zakelijke behoeften en architectuurkaders.
  • Bewaken van technische samenhang en consistentie over werkstromen, integraties en platformcomponenten heen.

Integratie en data

  • Ontwerpen en beoordelen van integraties met externe systemen via API's, middleware (MuleSoft) en gestandaardiseerde integratiepatronen.
  • Mee vormgeven aan data-architectuur, datamodellering, datakwaliteit, lifecyclebeheer en migraties (inclusief overgang naar PSS).

Kwaliteit, security en delivery

  • Waken over security-, toegangs-, compliance- en governanceprincipes, in samenwerking met architectuur-, security- en integratiefuncties.
  • Uitvoeren en begeleiden van technische analyses, solution reviews en code reviews.
  • Mee uitwerken en optimaliseren van CI/CD-processen, deploymentstrategieen en releaseprocessen.

Team en coaching

  • Technisch aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het developmentteam bij analyse, ontwerp, ontwikkeling, testing en implementatie.
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling, technische governance en de verdere maturiteit van de ontwikkelwerking.
  • Adviseren van business-, product- en programmaverantwoordelijken over haalbaarheid, impact, risico's, effort en architecturale keuzes.

Hands-on en innovatie

  • Actieve hands-on rol bij complexe implementaties, kritieke integraties, probleemanalyses en technische optimalisaties.
  • Evoluties binnen Salesforce Public Sector en relevante cloud- en integratieoplossingen vertalen naar toekomstgerichte architectuurkeuzes.

Je maakt deel uit van het ICT-team van het agentschap, een multidisciplinair team dat instaat voor zowel de dagelijkse operationele IT-ondersteuning als voor strategische en projectmatige initiatieven. Het team speelt een centrale rol in de verdere digitalisering van de

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Een diploma in een ICT-gerelateerde richting (bij voorkeur master) of gelijkwaardige ervaring in complexe enterprise-omgevingen.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Salesforce Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Developer of Lead Developer, waarvan een substantieel deel met architecturale verantwoordelijkheid en technische aansturing van ontwikkelteams.
  • Diepgaande kennis van Salesforce development en solution design: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, asynchronous processing en schaalbare, onderhoudbare oplossingen.
  • Sterke ervaring met Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows en andere declaratieve mogelijkheden.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met solution architecturen, technische standaarden en best practices in Salesforce-omgevingen.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van Public Sector Solutions (PSS) / Public Sector Cloud en Experience Cloud.
  • Ervaring met de PSS-datamodellen en -processen (bijv. Individual Applications, Benefits, Business Accounts) is een sterke plus.
  • Kennis van klassieke Service Cloud-implementaties is nuttig, maar de kernrol situeert zich in het PSS-landschap.
  • Sterke kennis van integratiepatronen, API-design en middleware-integraties (MuleSoft als integratielaag).
  • Ervaring met CI/CD, release management, Git en DevOps-praktijken binnen Salesforce-delivery.
  • Ervaring met technisch coachen van ontwikkelaars en bewaken van codekwaliteit en ontwikkelstandaarden.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus in deze context.
  • Sterk gewenst: Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Meerwaarde: Platform Developer II, Public Sector Solutions-consultant, Platform App Builder of Administrator.
