Taken en verantwoordelijkheden In het kort Als Technisch lead binnen onze unit Managed Services ben jij dé expert die zich buigt over de complexere vraagstukken van onze klanten. Je werkt met uiteenlopende automatiseringstechnieken en binnen diverse domeinen, zoals water & infrastructuur, olie & gas, food & beverages en chemie & pharma.In deze rol ben je de technische sparringpartner en ondersteunt de Service Delivery Manager met jouw kennis en inzichten. Jij zorgt voor de juiste technische input en begeleiding bij klantvraagstukken. Daarbij heb je intensief contact met zowel de ICT-projectteams als de klant. Jij neemt het voortouw en adviseert over de automatisering van klantprocessen.Als meewerkend voorman trek je niet alleen de technische kar, maar bewaak je ook het overzicht. Je signaleert wanneer bijsturing nodig is en springt bij waar het moet. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je teamleden en begeleidt hen waar nodig. Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor 2e- en 3e-lijns support bij storingen.
