Onder het motto ‘our people make the difference’, zijn we voor de Business Unit (BU) Petrochemicals op zoek naar een Technical Management Trainee.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technical Management Trainee kom je als ingenieur terecht op één van onze sites in de Antwerpse haven. Gedurende een periode van 2 jaar krijg je de kans om mee te werken binnen verschillende technische projecten die onze operaties draaiende houden en naar het volgende niveau brengen. Je zal daarbij van naderbij kennis maken met onze semi-industriële operaties waarbij een nauwe samenwerking met het intern netwerk op alle niveau’s onontbeerlijk is. Na dit traject krijg je verdere kansen binnen Katoen Natie die in lijn liggen met je prestaties en ambities. Ontwikkeling richting maintenance manager of terminal manager behoren tot de mogelijkheden.

Jouw voornaamste taken bestaan uit het meewerken aan verschillende technische projecten en logistieke operaties draaiende houden. Denk maar aan verbeteringsprocessen implementeren rond de optimalisatie van productiemachines, de productielijn optimaliseren…

Daarnaast zal je op termijn bestaande technische operaties naar een nieuw niveau tillen en nieuwe technische operaties implementeren.

Op een termijn van twee jaar zal je stelselmatig opgeleid worden en groeien zowel in kennis van (semi)-industriële operaties als financiële analyses.

Als je dus graag wenst te werken in de haven in een logistieke omgeving, neem dan de kans en solliciteer zeker voor deze functie!

  • Een master in een ingenieursopleiding is een must
  • Naast het Nederlands, beheers je professioneel vlot de Engelse taal
  • Zelf ben je bereid tot reizen voor het werk (naargelang je ambitie, kunnen lange termijn internationale opdrachten tot de mogelijkheden behoren)
  • Je kan analytisch denken waarbij je vervolgens overgaat naar hands-on actie om tot resultaten te komen
  • Je bent in staat om naast het technische aspect ook de nodige financiële analyses te maken
