De positie Als Technical Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en continue verbetering van de productielocaties in Oss en Hasselt (NL). In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van een veilige, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige productieomgeving. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud en engineering, maar ook een belangrijke drijvende kracht achter investeringen, modernisering en technische optimalisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Waarborgen van de technische integriteit en betrouwbaarheid van installaties en gebouwen - Initiëren, leiden en realiseren van technische projecten (CAPEX, uitbreidingen, vervangingen en upgrades) - Toepassen en borgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving (HSE, milieu, industriële veiligheid) - Aansturen van interne en externe engineers, contractors en technische specialisten - Actief bijdragen aan strategische besluitvorming over capaciteit, efficiency en verduurzaming - Intensieve samenwerking met productie, operations en QHSE Je rapporteert direct aan de directie van de MATCO Chemicals Group en vervult een zichtbare rol binnen de organisatie.
