Als Technical Planner zorg je dat onderhoud, storingen en projecten soepel verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, brengt partijen bij elkaar en ziet direct resultaat van jouw organisatie. Je werkt dicht op de technische praktijk en stemt dagelijks af met monteurs, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne collega's. Je werkzaamheden omvatten: - Plannen van preventief en correctief onderhoud, storingen en projecten; - Coördineren van monteurs en externe technische partijen; - Bewaken van voortgang, prioriteiten en gemaakte afspraken; - Verwerken van werkorders, planningen en rapportages; - Signaleren van knelpunten en realiseren van praktische oplossingen. Functie-eisen Je bent succesvol in deze rol wanneer je initiatief neemt, zorgvuldig organiseert en helder communiceert. Je overtuigt betrokken partijen met een duidelijke aanpak, werkt prettig samen en houdt de klant en het gewenste resultaat steeds voor ogen. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als technisch planner, werkvoorbereider, servicecoördinator of vergelijkbaar; - Affiniteit met techniek en inzicht in technische werkzaamheden; - Ervaring met plannen, administreren en meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Fulltime beschikbaar en bereid verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de planning.
