Als Technical Reliability Engineer zorg je ervoor dat kritische cloudomgevingen en klantnetwerken stabiel, veilig en beschikbaar blijven. Jij vormt de brug tussen het cloudbeheerteam en de supportorganisatie en wordt blij van strakke monitoring, slimme processen en het oplossen van complexe storingen. Zie jij het als een uitdaging om nieuwe diensten in beheer te nemen, incidenten tot op de bodem uit te zoeken en continu te verbeteren? En vind je het niet erg om in een dienstenrooster te werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale technologieorganisatie in Sittard die grootschalige digitale oplossingen levert voor klanten in onder andere retail en dienstverlening. De dienstverlening draait op moderne cloudplatformen (met een sterke focus op AWS) en grote, gedistribueerde klantnetwerken. Je werkt in een klein, hecht technisch team dat nauw samenwerkt met cloud engineers, developers en supportteams. De cultuur is informeel en professioneel: veel verantwoordelijkheid, korte lijnen en ruimte om mee te denken over hoe dingen slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter kunnen. Who are we looking for? Wij zoeken een Technical Reliability Engineer die het leuk vindt om zowel technisch inhoudelijk als procesmatig actief te zijn. Jij krijgt energie van het voorkomen van storingen in plaats van alleen blussen, en neemt graag het voortouw in het verbeteren van monitoring en supportprocessen. In deze rol: - Zorg je dat nieuwe cloudoplossingen en diensten technisch én operationeel goed in beheer worden genomen (operationele onboarding). - Ontwikkel en verbeter je monitoring, alerting en automatisering om incidenten te voorkomen en downtime te minimaliseren. - Analyseer en optimaliseer je de manier waarop support is ingericht voor verschillende diensten. - Ben je in the lead bij gro...
