Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Engineer / Werkvoorbereider CNC-Laser. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische experise, commerciële vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van klantaanvraag en offerte tot werkvoorbereiding, CNC-programmatie en productieopvolging.

Je fungeert als de schakel tussen klanten, engineering en productie en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking en een optimale klanttevredenheid.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Technisch-commerciële ondersteuning

Analyseren van technische tekeningen, klantaanvragen en technische dossiers.

Adviseren van klanten over technische oplossingen en productiemogelijkheden.

Opstellen, berekenen en opvolgen van offertes.

Toelichten en verdedigen van prijsvoorstellen bij klanten.

Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties.

Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en meedenken over proces- en productoptimalisaties.

Werkvoorbereiding & CNC-programmatie

Zelfstandig opstellen van offline CNC-laserprogramma's (Trumpf).

Verzorgen van de volledige technische werkvoorbereiding.

Omzetten van technische tekeningen naar productieklare CNC-programma's.

Voorbereiden van productieorders en zorgen voor een correcte overdracht naar de productieafdeling.

Opvolgen van de productieplanning in nauwe samenwerking met de Productieverantwoordelijke.

Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en levertermijnen van opdrachten.

Teamcoaching & samenwerking

Coachen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team van circa 13 medewerkers.

Bevorderen van samenwerking tussen verkoop, werkvoorbereiding en productie.

Meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen en een optimale doorstroming van opdrachten.

Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor technische en organisatorische vragen.

Wij zoeken een technisch sterke professional met commerciële affiniteit en een passie voor productie en metaalbewerking.

Functie-eisen

Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

Ervaring als Sales Engineer, Werkvoorbereider, Technisch Commercieel Medewerker, Calculator of vergelijkbare functie is een plus.

Ervaring met CNC-programmatie, CNC-lasers, buislaseren of plaatbewerking is een sterke troef.

Kennis van Trumpf-programmatie is een pluspunt.

Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.

Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze.

Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, productieplanning en technische dossiers.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met het coachen of aansturen van medewerkers.

Ervaring met ERP-systemen en een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.

Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.

Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
