  • Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe klanten en projecten die aansluiten bij de technische mogelijkheden van de organisatie.
  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit en blijft hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe aanvragen en projecten.
  • Je analyseert technische prijsaanvragen en onderzoekt samen met interne specialisten hoe deze efficiënt kunnen worden gerealiseerd.
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar duidelijke technische en commerciële informatie voor productie, calculatie en andere interne diensten.
  • Je volgt nieuwe projecten nauwgezet op en bewaakt een vlotte communicatie tussen klant en organisatie.
  • Je denkt mee over maakbaarheid, prijszetting en alternatieve oplossingen vanuit het beschikbare machinepark en netwerk van partners.
  • Je bezoekt klanten en prospects binnen de Benelux en andere Europese markten.
  • Je combineert technische interesse met ervaring binnen een commerciële of klantgerichte functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van CNC-verspaning, metaalbewerking of vergelijkbare productieprocessen.
  • Je begrijpt technische vraagstukken en kan deze vertalen naar haalbare commerciële oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot, bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op en houdt ervan om met klanten in gesprek te gaan.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd en weet verschillende projecten tegelijk goed op te volgen.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende administratieve nauwkeurigheid om offertes, aanvragen en klantendossiers correct te beheren.
  • Internationale klantenbezoeken vormen voor jou een interessante afwisseling binnen de functie.
