De functie combineert dagelijkse technische service (oplossen van klachten) met analyse en ondersteuning van de collega's van Customer Support en Technisch Sales. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het beantwoorden en oplossen van technische service vragen, zowel voor Nederland, als de USA en China. Je haalt proactief op wat er wereldwijd speelt, welke onderwerpen er vaker terugkomen en deelt dit ook intern. Binnen WILA willen we graag weten wat jou echt drijft en motiveert en of dat aansluit bij de werkzaamheden van de functie. Daarom laten we je tijdens de recruitmentprocedure deelnemen aan een drijfverenanalyse. Technisch analyseren van klachten Meedenken over productkeuzes en toepassingen Technische input leveren voor verbeteracties Samenwerken met collega's van Customer Support en Technical Sales om klanten een zo goed mogeljke ondersteuning te geven Michel vertelt je graag iets over zijn werk!
