De functie in een notendop:

  • De Technical Service Field Professional is verantwoordelijk voor het repareren, onderhouden en installeren van Brady apparatuur bij klanten op locatie, of intern wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle on-site technische ondersteuning, inclusief reparaties, service, installaties, training en probleemoplossing.
  • Je organiseert en plant je veldinterventies op een efficiënte manier om het aantal velddagen bij de klant te maximaliseren.
  • Je volgt klanten op en betrekt de sales vertegenwoordiger bij conflicten om klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Tijdens het kantoorwerk assisteer je het solutions of repair team.
  • Je herkent verkoop- en servicekansen tijdens klantcontacten.
  • Je hebt contact met leveranciers voor technische problemen of productverbeteringen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Northern Hubs Team Leader / Regional Field Team Leader en bent gebaseerd in Zele, met veel interactie met customer service en sales.
  • A2 diploma of hoger, bij voorkeur een relevant technisch diploma.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (geschreven & gesproken), en goede kennis van het Frans en Engels (geschreven & gesproken).
  • Bereidheid tot reizen voor on-site service (tot 60% lokaal reizen).
  • Sterke functionele en technische vaardigheden; je leert snel en toont persoonlijke interesse in technologie (bijv. Arduino, 3D printen).
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, flexibel en open voor verandering.
  • Klantgericht met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met THT printsysteem is een pluspunt.
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs.
  • Eigenschappen: integriteit, stressbestendig (composure), benaderbaar en humor.
