De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Technical Service Support in Roeselare?

  • Voor klanten en techniekers ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen of storingen.
  • Je analyseert technisch complexe vraagstukken vanop een afstand en zet deze om in duidelijke oplossingen.
  • Waar nodig zorg je als Technical Support Engineer voor een vlotte planning en opvolging van interventies.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het opmaken van kostenramingen voor de herstellingen en interventies.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne diensten om structurele problemen te detecteren en optimalisatieprojecten op te zetten.

Als Technical Service Support herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor op zak in een richting als elektromechanica of autotechnologie.
  • Ervaring in een technisch ondersteunende rol is een plus, maar ook gedreven starters zijn welkom.
  • Je hebt een brede kennis van elektriciteit, pneumatiek, hydrauliek en PLC-programmatie.
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en organisatorisch zijn jouw troeven in een notendop.
