Over het werk Als technical support engineer ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als monteurs binnen de Benelux. Je werkt fulltime in een technische omgeving waarin moderne technieken, zoals elektrische aandrijvingen, centraal staan. In deze rol krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen via trainingen en opleidingen. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag en krijgt de kans om door te groeien binnen een stabiele organisatie. Deze functie is voor onbepaalde tijd en biedt volop afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Je start je werkdag met het beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten en monteurs via telefoon en e-mail. Je analyseert storingen, rapporteert deze nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een goede administratieve afhandeling. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met de fabriek voor diepgaande storingsanalyses en geef je terugkoppeling aan het ontwikkelteam. Je ondersteunt de service coördinatoren op technisch vlak en neemt waar bij afwezigheid. Werken met technische documentatiesystemen en het up-to-date houden van je kennis behoren tot je dagelijkse taken als technical support engineer.
